Lisa Aberg

Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company

Lisa Åberg has spent the last 27 years at McKinsey & Company where she was a Senior Partner. Her work as a consultant focused on the industrial sector and was centered around the green transition. She supported climate tech scale-ups across range of sub-sectors as well as large industrial incumbents in crafting and executing strategies in light of the green transition. Lisa was part of global leadership of McKinsey’s Sustainability practice and European leadership Advanced Industries. Since leaving McKinsey in August, Lisa is working as an advisor to number of European investors in the green tech sectors and their portfolio companies. She has also joined a couple of Boards of industrial companies and work actively with some start ups in the space.
