Ellora-Julie has 20+ years of experience working with large multinational companies on strategic and sustainability transformation programs and deep expertise in the areas of regulatory strategy, environmental regulations, stakeholder engagement. She is currently Chief Sustainability Officer at Al Futtaim Group, one of the most diversified and progressive, privately held regional businesses headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Prior to this role, she was the Global Director of Practice at McKinsey & Company for the Regulatory and ESG Practice, serving clients globally and building the global cross-industry competence center through dedicated hiring, publishing and convening.
