Brian Lindstrom is a finance and operations leader with significant experience in executive leadership in both private equity and venture capital environments for over 20 years. His career highlights an ability to spearhead scaling initiatives and to be a business partner to the CEO, evident in his roles as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer in scaling private and public company software businesses.

Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions at Epic as well as CFO roles in Baird, Francisco Partners, Permira, and Silver Lake sponsored portfolio companies. Brian’s technical acumen encompasses areas such as buy and sell side M&A, financial reporting, international operations, treasury/risk management, strategic planning, and capital markets.

Brian is a certified public accountant with a degree in Accounting from Bradley University, a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MSIA) from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, and the completion of the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
