Massimo Banzi is an Italian entrepreneur, designer, and educator, co-founder of Arduino, the open-source electronics platform. Born in Monza in 1968, he studied interaction design and has been a prominent figure in the Maker movement. Banzi helped launch Italy’s first FabLab and has worked as a consultant for global brands. He is also an author and educator, teaching interaction design and promoting open hardware worldwide.
