Karen Brookman is an entrepreneurial business leader who loves creative thinking, technology, and bold ideas. After selling her first company in 2014, an industry-leading legal document management firm in Toronto, she returned to Calgary to lead and co-own WCD, a family business now focused on digital transformation, AI-enabled workplace solutions and back office optimization. Passionate about innovation, Karen inspires others to think big, embrace change, and build resilience. She is an active member of the Business Council of Alberta and a board member at Heritage Park. Karen and her husband Allan proudly welcomed a new grandson in 2025 named Hans.
