Jocelyn McMinn is currently the Executive Vice President at Peloton Computer Enterprises Ltd., working closely with the COO and CEO on global business operations and corporate strategy.

Jocelyn also serves on the board of Peyto Exploration, a mid-sized, publicly traded Canadian natural gas producer, chaining Nomination and Board Governance.

Jocelyn is an active investor and sits on several advisory boards for promising Calgary startups.

Prior to her current roles, Jocelyn cofounded Cevian Technologies Ltd. in 2019 and served as Managing Director until Cevian’s acquisition by Peloton in 2021.

From 2003 to 2019 were progressively advancing technical and managerial roles at Trican Well Service.

Jocelyn has been awarded Hart Energy’s top 40 under 40 and the Daily Oil Bulletin’s Rising Stars Class of 2020.

Jocelyn brings a record of continuous advancement in previous roles and is a driving force for efficiency and innovation at every organization she has served. An entrepreneurial and driven leader, she is an authority on business and technical concepts of oil and gas completions, data stewardship and change management. Jocelyn brings extensive strategic experience operating within cyclical markets.

Jocelyn is a Professional Engineer, holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, an eMBA from Haskayne School of Business, and a Chartered Directors Designation from McMaster University. Jocelyn has a ISC2 CC cybersecurity certificate and is an ICD member.

Jocelyn is a member of the Metis Nation of Alberta, one of Canada’s three recognized indigenous peoples. She is a Calgary native and is keen to assist the next generation of local founders and leaders.
In her spare time, she volunteers with Big Brothers and Sisters of Calgary and Area, and Calgary Ski Club.
