Ludovic has 30 years of experience in the food industry, including 25 years at DANONE, where his roles included Global VP Sales, GM Portugal and various Sales Lead in the Americas, Asia & Europe.

With a focus on international growth and global leadership, as well as excellence in sales and revenue management, Ludovic has led large multicultural teams and global customer organizations, negotiated with international retailers, and scaled businesses from local to global level. He has also led a series of acquisitions, mergers and exits, and overseen strategic transformations, organizational redesigns and business turnarounds.

He has or still is in 5 Boards of Startups ( Mondarella & GreenForce in Germany, Gosh in UK, LaVie in France and NoMy in Norway), mentors various food Tech startups in Europe and is part of Unicorn Factory incubator ecosystem in Lisbon.
