Raphael Taiwo Alabi

Raphael Taiwo Alabi is VP of AI & Machine Learning at SAP, where he also serves as Principal AI Scientist, building on a role he took on at SAP Ariba as Senior Director of ML/Data Science. Before joining SAP, he spent over four years at DocuSign as a Lead and then Senior Machine Learning Engineer, and earlier built a strong foundation in semiconductor engineering at Intel Corporation, where he worked across integration engineering, big data analytics, and advanced process technology development over nearly six years.
He holds a Master’s degree in Information and Data Science from U.C. Berkeley and pursued PhD studies in materials engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, giving him an unusually broad technical foundation spanning hardware and semiconductor fabrication as well as modern AI.
