D2B3

D2B3 is developing a proprietary monoclonal antibody, D2B3-01, that temporarily opens the blood-brain barrier (BBB) to allow therapeutic agents (including small molecules, peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides) to reach the brain, then reseals within hours. The venture tackles a fundamental obstacle in neurology and neuro-oncology: over 98% of drugs cannot cross the BBB, which slows development, limits efficacy, and strands promising assets. Unlike existing invasive and suboptimal approaches, D2B3’s solution is non-invasive, brain-specific, and designed to be selective and reversible. Robust in vivo proof-of-concept for safe, reversible delivery across drug classes, four core-antibody patents, and a co-administration to co-formulation roadmap strengthen regulatory clarity and competitive defensibility, positioning D2B3 to advance neurological therapies.
