Alexandre Morizot combines a strong background in molecular biology and immunology with extensive experience translating academic research into commercially viable biopharmaceutical ventures. As Director of Business Development at CQDM and AReNA, Québec’s RNA Hub, he leads strategic partnerships and evaluates innovative drug development projects across RNA therapeutics, oncology, immunology, neuroscience, rare diseases, and infectious diseases. He has played a key role in building large scale public-private initiatives that strengthen innovation, manufacturing, and commercialization within the life sciences ecosystem. Previously, he managed biopharmaceutical research portfolios, supported translational research and clinical development programs, and worked as a scientist in immunology and oncology research. Alexandre brings expertise in scientific evaluation, technology scouting, funding strategy, partnership development, and helping early-stage biotech companies transform promising science into venture-ready opportunities.
