Karan Keswani

Principal at Investments team, Omnivore

Karan joined Omnivore in 2025 as a Principal in the investments team, based out of Mumbai. At Omnivore, Karan is actively involved in sourcing new deals, and managing a portfolio of existing investments including Scimplify, Agrizy, Ecozen, Manam, STCH, Varaha, etc. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Karan leads the Corporate Development (Exits/Secondaries) function at Omnivore.

Previously, Karan was a part of the Investment Banking & Growth Equity team at The Raine Group, a New York-based merchant bank. At Raine, he worked on private placement and M&A transactions for multiple technology, media and consumer businesses. Prior to that, Karan has worked in transaction advisory services across India and the Middle East, focusing on technology, consumer and telecom businesses. He has a B.Sc in Economics and Industrial Organization from the University of Warwick and is a CFA charter holder.
