Caplyzer

Caplyzer has developed a patented membrane-less electrolyzer that produces green hydrogen safely, efficiently, and at scale by separating hydrogen and oxygen generation temporally. It addresses the reliance on fossil-based hydrogen and overcomes the safety, cost, and inflexibility challenges of conventional electrolyzers. The technology cuts CAPEX by 30%, eliminates explosion risk by never generating H₂ and O₂ together, and operates dynamically with fluctuating renewable power, producing hydrogen at nearly half the current cost (from €4/kg to €2/kg).
