Co-reactive is a venture focused on decarbonizing cement production with a continuous CO2 mineralization technology that converts CO2 and calcium/magnesium silicate-based feedstocks into high-performance cement additives. The company tackles the critical issue of cement production, which contributes roughly 8% of global CO2 emissions and is under mounting cost pressures. Co-reactive’s technology stores 300 kg of CO₂ per ton of product while enhancing cement and concrete strength, delivering 10% higher performance than batch-based mineralization materials in standardized substitution tests, with cost efficiency evidenced by requiring 10× less equity than competitors to achieve the same production capacity.
