Haibu Health

Haibu Health is a digital platform for type 1 diabetes that unifies data from wearables, insulin pumps, and medical records to deliver real-time insights and AI-driven risk prediction to shift care from reactive to preventative. It addresses the issue of fragmented patient information that currently forces patients and clinicians to rely on multiple disconnected tools resulting in uncoordinated care, duplication, medical errors, frustrated patients and burnt out clinicians. Co-developed with patients, clinicians, and health authority partners through formative research and pilot study feedback, the product is ready for real-world deployment at BC Children’s Hospital.
