Dr. Satchi Hiremath is a distinguished physician executive with over three decades of clinical and administrative leadership experience within large-scale integrated health systems. Most recently serving as the System Vice President and Service Line Physician Executive for Advocate Aurora Medical Group, he has successfully overseen the strategic and performance accountability for 11 service lines comprising 7,000 clinicians. Dr. Hiremath’s elite clinical foundation includes a diagnostic radiology residency at the Cleveland Clinic and a subspecialty fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. A Certified Physician Executive (CPE) who also holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, he is recognized for his sophisticated skill in integrating high-level strategy with daily operations across high-impact segments of the organization.

In his new role as VP of Surgical Specialties, Dr. Hiremath leverages his deep expertise in balancing clinician advocacy with complex cross-service-line strategy. Throughout his tenure at the third-largest integrated delivery network in the country, he has aligned clinical programming with financial rigor, supporting growth and innovation with sustainable operational models. His leadership experience is extensive, ranging from chairing foundational departments at quaternary hospitals to designing unified physician organizational structures that drive enterprise-wide value and improve health outcomes. Dr. Hiremath remains committed to fostering a culture of collaborative leadership and operational excellence that enhances both the clinician experience and system-wide performance in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
