Managing Partner, JME Ventures

Samuel Gil, CFA is the Managing Partner (CEO) of JME Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on technology startups.

He studied Telecommunications Engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, earned an M.Sc. in Information Technology from the University of Stuttgart, and completed an MBA at IESE Business School. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Before entering venture capital, Samuel worked as a Technology Consultant at Accenture and later as an Energy Trading Manager at Iberdrola. He subsequently joined Faraday Venture Partners as an Investment Manager before becoming part of the founding team of JME Ventures, where he now leads investment strategy and supports portfolio companies from seed through growth.

He is also the author of Suma Positiva, a widely read newsletter focused on startups, innovation, and venture capital.
