Daniel McCombe

Chief Financial Officer, Blue Origin

Daniel McCombe is a strategy and finance executive with two decades in capital-intensive aerospace and advanced technology businesses. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Canada Rocket Company, where he leads financial strategy and capital formation for a venture-backed launch business.

Before joining Canada Rocket Company, Daniel spent several years at Blue Origin, most recently as Head of Strategy for its Orbital Launch business, where he led enterprise growth and long-range planning, and previously as its Chief Financial Officer. Earlier, he was Head of Finance for Airbus’ Customer Services organization and held strategy and finance roles across North America, Europe, and India.

Daniel mentors in CDL’s Space and Defence streams and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria.
