I’ve done this across multiple companies, moving them from early R&D through clinical validation, manufacturing, regulatory approval, and to market. I founded Elucid Labs to bring the first multispectral digital biopsy device to market. I launched Lumalytics to commercialize holographic microscopy and hyperspectral imaging. I co-founded Vital Biosciences, led R&D for VitalOne, and scaled the company from startup to a fully operational organization with the teams and systems to sustain growth.

With 80+ patents and publications, I know what it takes to move from breakthrough science to something the market, clinicians, and patients actually use.

In regulated industries, organizational and operational excellence matter because the alternative is chaos. I manage the full stack: day-to-day operations, clinical trials, partnerships, manufacturing, compliance, and supply chain. I recruit and cultivate leaders who own their work, build processes that catch problems early, and create environments where speed and accountability work together.
