Tuomas Hollman

Venture Partner, Cloudberry VC

Tuomas Hollman is Vice President and Head of the Business Area Environmental and Optical Sensing at Bosch Sensortec and is currently based in Germany. He has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry across both technical and business leadership roles. His expertise spans IC design, system engineering, product management and full business unit ownership, including P&L responsibility. He has deep technical knowledge in power management ICs, mixed-signal systems, SoCs and sensing solutions. Before joining Bosch Sensortec, he held senior roles at Texas Instruments and MaxLinear, and served as CEO of a semiconductor startup that was successfully acquired. Tuomas is an international leader who has successfully led cross-functional teams across the US, France, Germany and Finland, aligning technology with customer needs and driving innovation in global markets.

At CDL he represents Cloudberry VC, Europe’s first dedicated semiconductor venture capital fund. €30M fund investing €400k-€1M into pre-seed and seed startups working on semiconductors, photonics and advanced materials, in Europe. Tuomas is Venture Partner at Cloudberry VC.
