QC Design is developing Plaquette, a fault-tolerance design automation (FDTA) software for quantum hardware manufacturers. Quantum hardware companies require powerful simulation tools to account for real-world hardware imperfections when designing fault-tolerant quantum computers. Plaquette is the only tool capable of simulating arbitrary errors on fault-tolerance circuits with thousands of qubits, enabling hardware companies to accelerate development and reduce costs.
