Chris Curran is the Director of the Meloy Engineering Student Start-Up Incubator and as Associate Professor of Practice.
Chris is the previous CTO of New Venture at PwC where he co-founded the firm’s New Ventures SaaS incubator focused on identifying and growing eight new digital products. Chris also founded PwC’s Global Digital IQ Study, in which over 2,000 C-level business and technology executives express their beliefs about Digital and IT’s role in economic competition and led the research for over 10 years.
Prior to PwC, Chris was a Partner and CTO of Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (acquired by PwC in 2010) and a senior manager at Andersen Consulting.
Chris has extensive experience speaking and writing about the intersection of business and emerging
technologies and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Times,
CIO Leadership Forum, CIO Insight, Investor’s Business Daily, Baseline, Optimize, and Insurance and Technology. He also created the award-winning CIO Dashboard blog.
Chris is an active angel investor and advisor to several early-stage founders.
