David Sciacca

COO, Lift Session

In 2015, David co-founded LIFT Session Fitness, an AI-based fitness platform built for wellness providers. David was COO of LIFT for 6 years until it was acquired by LifeSpeak in 2022 for $55M. David was directly responsible for $25M ARR. Since 2022, he has held the role of SVP of Strategic Initiatives & International Sales at LifeSpeak. LifeSpeak is currently valued at $101.55M.

Prior to this, David was recruited to run Ops as Director of Special Projects at Mansfield Athletic Holdings Inc., which owns and operates various premium fitness clubs in Eastern Canada. Over the course of 2 years, David increased the annual membership sales by over 25% and personal training sales by over 40%.

David previously co-founded two other companies and has a background in private investment, specifically, M&A transactions in tech telecom. He is a mentor at both FounderFuel and Hold Accelerator.
