Devan Dass

Devan Dass is a Partner at TNC Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm. He brings over a decade of experience in private equity and mezzanine financing, spanning the full investment lifecycle — from origination and execution to portfolio management, fundraising and fund management.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia and has completed the Private Governance Program with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). Previously, he served on the St. George’s School Alumni Board from 2015 to 2019. Outside of work, Devan is an active investor and mentor to early-stage ventures, and enjoys fishing, exploring the outdoors and is an avid sports fan.
