Robin Rickman is a seasoned nuclear industry executive with over four decades of successful leadership and an exceptional track record of building and executing growth strategies in highly regulated U.S. and international markets. In his current role at Terrestrial Energy, he has been central to scaling the company from a small startup to a global leader in advanced nuclear technology, securing over $100 million in investment.

Previously, Robin served as Director of New Reactor Projects at Westinghouse, where he led the development of a $1B advanced light water reactor program. His experience spans the entire nuclear fuel cycle, from advanced reactor development to waste management services, and includes 20 years in the U.S. Navy nuclear propulsion program. He has extensive experience building deep relationships with decision-makers in the U.S. DOE, NRC, DOD, and international regulatory bodies.
