Stephane Caron

Mr. Stéphane Caron is a partner at AQC Capital since 2021 and brings to the portfolio more than 25 years of venture capital financing expertise within large financial groups as well as operational experience in technology companies. Previously, he was CFO at wrnch Inc. and responsible for all financial/administrative/legal aspects of the company as well as financing, partnering and investor relations until the company’s acquisition in 2021. From 2007 to 2019, he held senior positions as a venture capitalist for various Quebec institutions such as Lune Rouge, IQ, the Fonds FTQ/BDR Capital. Mr. Caron also worked as Vice President of Finance in technology companies from 2000 to 2007.

Mr. Caron is holder of an accounting degree, member of “Ordre des CPA du Québec” and ICD.D designation from Rotman Directors Education Program.
