Alexandra Stieglitz

Alexandra Stieglitz is a partner with Climate Capital and an operating partner with the Drawdown Fund. She is also an experienced entrepreneur and CEO who exited her bootstrapped the HR software start-up, Pluma, with an ROI of 66X. Pluma is an app-based enterprise SaaS leadership coaching experience. Prior to Pluma, Alexandra worked in the climate solutions and biotech space, spending four years at Solazyme. Solazyme used bio fermentation with genetically modified algae to develop triglyceride profiles for foods, industrials and cosmetics. Alexandra has an undergraduate degree in public policy with a minor in environmental studies from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
