With over 30 years of entrepreneurship, leadership, and business/corporate/market development experience, along with over 15 years as an independent director with extensive corporate/board governance, corporate finance and M&A experience, Andrew is a seasoned director, executive and leader. Andrew has spent over 25 years at the executive management level, focusing on strategic planning, business, corporate and market development, operational excellence, strategic exits, M&A, corporate finance and raising venture, private equity and public market financing. Andrew has held directorships and senior management positions in large, medium and startup companies. He has a proven track record as a strategic leader including planning, implementing and leading strategic exits, M&A, operational best practices, restructuring, rapid growth and change management initiatives. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.
