Anish Kirpalani

Chief of Radiology, St. Michael's Hospital

Dr. Anish Kirpalani is the chief of the department of medical imaging and an abdominal and cardiovascular radiologist at St. Michael’s Hospital, Unity Health Toronto. Dr. Kirpalani is associate professor in the department of medical imaging at the University of Toronto. He is the author of over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles and has given over 50 invited lectures nationally and internationally, mostly in the fields of abdominal and cardiovascular MRI.

Dr. Kirpalani is also an experienced board member, founder/entrepreneur, and health technology seed investor with a history of helping to build profitable health services company infrastructure from the ground up. Through this dynamic and varied experience, he advises on the technical and clinical aspects of how healthcare services and technology innovation can be successfully applied to healthcare systems.
