Based in Montreal, with over 25 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, Arie Koifman is the CEO of Servomax; a leading player in the office coffee services industry in Canada ($25M ARR and over 100 employees), and the Co-founder of Life in Green; a world leader in single-use compostable products ($6M ARR).

Arie’s career is defined by his commitment to innovation and customer-centric service. His leadership at Servomax has driven continuous adaptation to market trends and enhanced service quality. At Life in Green, founded in 2014, he champions environmental sustainability by advocating for compostable solutions in food delivery. Currently, he is seeking international supply chain optimization acquisitions. For example, he took an equity position in an Indian startup offering a logistics business for the global movement of products.

In addition to these ventures, Arie co-founded Bazari, a data processing company for the game finance industry, and has been an active LP with iNovia Capital since 2012. He also chairs the board of DistantJob, an international IT outsourcing company.

Arie’s contributions to business and entrepreneurship have earned him accolades such as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He holds an MBA in Finance from Heriot-Watt University and a BA in Economics from Concordia University.
