Claus is a senior partner with Bain & Company and part of the leadership team in the Technology practice. With over 30 years of consulting experience, including as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, he specializes in growth strategies, performance improvement, digitization, new technologies, M&A, and organizational transformation. He has also been an operating partner with KKR with a focus on their European investments.
Claus holds a degree in Physics from RWTH Aachen and the University of Cambridge, and earned his doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) in Physics from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
