Connie Collingsworth

Independent Board Member and Former COO of Gates Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Connie Collingsworth is an experienced independent director and is currently serving as a board member and strategic advisor to public, private and nonprofit corporations, and private equity and venture capital firms. She previously served as the COO of the Gates Foundation where she was responsible for leading and scaling the foundation’s operations throughout the globe.

She was a partner of K&L Gates, where her practice focused on corporate securities law, private equity, and licensing. Connie serves as an adjunct professor at the UW Foster School of Business teaching the MBA course “CEO and Board Leadership; Insider’s View of Corporate Governance.”
