Gary Agnew has been the CEO at Ideon since March 2020, joining the team just as the global pandemic took hold. Since then, Gary has led Ideon through a relaunch of the company, initiating a successful early access program for borehole cosmic-ray muon tomography, transitioning from R&D to commercialization, securing Series A financing, growing the team 10x, and successfully leading the Earth X-Ray for Low-Impact Mining project through the federal Supercluster program. He is a visionary with strong operational credentials and a track record of building teams that deliver extraordinary results. Prior to joining Ideon, Gary spent 25 years providing mining equipment, technology, and services in support of the global mining industry, including over 20 years at Finning International.
