Dr. Gautam Goel is a board-certified pharmacist and practicing emergency physician at Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario. He has had the privilege of working in some of Canada’s leading healthcare institutions and currently serves as the clinical informatics and IT lead for his department. With a demonstrated track record in healthcare digitization and workflow optimization, Dr. Goel also serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer of Hero AI, an innovative healthcare AI company that automates clinical workflows. He brings a systems-thinking mindset, shaped by his Master’s in Healthcare Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations to drive the modernization of patient care.
