Greg Robinson

Managing Director, 4490 Ventures

Greg brings a blend of venture capital investing and startup operational experience to each investment. Prior to 4490 Ventures, Greg was a managing director at Bay Area based Peninsula Ventures as well as a cofounder of Cogent Technologies, an enterprise software company that was acquired by Brightstar. Greg founded 4490 in 2014 and has almost 20 years of venture capital experience. Among his areas of expertise, Greg oversees investments in multiple startups in the risk and insurance space.

Greg has a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Arizona State University.
