Role: Investigator

Sites: CDL-Berlin, CDL-Paris

Stream: Next Gen Computing

Guillaume is the Director of DeepTech Programs at iXcampus, where he focuses on turning scientific discoveries into industrial technology ventures. His work centers on addressing key bottlenecks faced by hardware startups, including access to critical infrastructure, capital structuring, and market entry.

Earlier in his career, Guillaume worked at Exxelia, an industrial SME, where he managed innovation roadmaps and structured international teams to bridge R&D and industrialization. He then led a robotics startup as CEO, gaining firsthand experience of early-stage execution, the limits of traditional support schemes, and the typical pitfalls of deep-tech company building.

Holding a PhD from Arts et Métiers he combines a scientific background with business development experience. He acts as a connector between researchers, industrial players, and investors, helping deep-tech founders align technology, market needs, and industrialization from the outset.
