Senior Associate, Shell Ventures

Hector is a senior associate at Shell Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of Royal Dutch Shell. Shell Ventures invest focus is a mix of cleantech, renewable energy, smart mobility, new fuels, and oil and gas. An energy professional at heart, Hector focuses primarily on early stage investments in the mobility and power domains. Prior to joining Shell Ventures, Hector was a member of Shell’s corporate strategy team, tackling strategic projects that spanned the company’s portfolio.

Hector holds an MBA with distinction from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Dalhousie University, and Diploma of Engineering from St Francis Xavier University.
