Jeff McDougall is a serial technology executive, entrepreneur, and early-stage investor with a diverse background spanning enterprise software, energy, and telecommunications. Currently, Jeff is the CEO of Black Mamba Rod Lift, an upstream production technology company. He is a prolific founder, having started six entities with two successful exits, including PivotPoint Solutions, which provided life-saving E-911 software solutions to national carriers like Verizon Wireless and Sprint.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Jeff is an active investor as the managing partner of MR POINT Investments and Zelus Capital. He is also an active mentor with the Aggie Angel Network. His early career was split between academia, serving as a faculty member at Texas A&M University, and research at the Applied Physics Laboratory of Johns Hopkins University. Jeff holds an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, a Ph.D. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
