Jordan is the President of Javier Healthcare, which specializes in driving operational, organizational, and business excellence for hospitals, health systems, providers, and HealthTech businesses.

With more than two decades of deep healthcare experience, including more than a decade of senior executive physician practice and hospital operations leadership, Jordan applies a practical approach to supporting executive teams to develop strategies and hone tactics that enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and financial performance, while advancing the care delivery model to improve health and well-being of communities served. He is also an active non-profit board member of Hanna Perkins Center for Early Childhood Development, and MidTown Cleveland, Inc., a Community Development Corporation.
