Kerri is Senior Advisor at Mantel Capture.

Previously, Kerri was CFO of Carbon Engineering Ltd. (CE), a Direct Air Capture climate solutions company, until November 2023 when Oxy Low Carbon Ventures acquired all remaining equity of the company for US$1.1bn in cash. During her time at CE, CE’s common share value increased more than 8X and the company financed and commenced construction of its first commercial scale plant at more than US$1bn. CE is focused on the development and global deployment of megaton-scale Direct Air Capture technology that captures carbon dioxide from the atmosphere so that it can be durably stored deep underground or turned into low carbon intensity fuel or other products.

Prior to joining CE, Kerri built and ran several project finance businesses for banks in New York City, including Fortis Bank and BBVA. She also served on the Board of Directors of Alterra Power Corp and TerraForm Power. Kerri began her career as a project finance associate at Milbank Tweed, and holds a J.D. from Harvard and an A.B in Russian Studies and International Relations from Brown University.
