Kristin Aamodt

Investment Director, ArcTern Ventures

Kristin is a passionate engineer with extensive corporate and venture capital experience. Prior to joining ArcTern, she was heading up Equinor Technology Ventures, managing a team of venture professionals across Europe and North America and active ownership of 20+ portfolio companies. During her 12 years with Equinor Kristin worked with a range of renewable and oil and gas technologies and projects, ranging from project leader for a floating offshore wind farm in US, to operations manager at an offshore oil platform responsible for 100.000 bbl/day production. Her early career was in the biotech sector, with experience both from the start-up side and the more mature biotech industry. Kristin has since 2018 worked as an expert at the EIC Accelerator program for small and medium size enterprises, under EU’s Horizon 2020.
