Laura Sánchez is an expert in Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence, with a strong background in data-driven innovation, education technology, and applied machine learning. She holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master’s in Statistics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a Master’s in Machine Learning from Mila – Quebec AI Institute (Montreal).

She has participated in incubation and innovation programs, developing early-stage projects in personalized learning and AI-driven educational solutions. Laura works as an independent mathematics and AI educator, helping organizations and professionals integrate AI ethically, strategically, and with real-world impact.

She is a Women Techmakers Ambassador, supporting global initiatives to empower women in technology. She is also a science communicator across social media and traditional media, contributing to Las Mañanas de Onda Vasca, and is co-author of the book Artificial Intelligence: The Definitive Guide from its Origins to Generative AI (Anaya).
