Laura Strong

Founder, Propogate Health

Laura is an entrepreneur and innovator with more than 20 years of experience in new ventures. Her experience includes leading Quintessence Biosciences in the successful transition of a UW Madison technology through early-stage fundraising and growth into clinical development to provide novel therapeutics in oncology. She has worked with health technology companies, including ImageMover, generally focused on customer discovery and strategy. More recently, Laura is working with Archeus Technologies to advance a radiopharmaceutical drug for cancer into the clinic. Across these companies, she built strong relationships with pharma, life science, technology, and healthcare corporate partners.

Laura is actively involved in the growth and support of the entrepreneurial community in Madison, including as a board member at StartingBlock Madison. As faculty in the Masters in Biotechnology program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she guides students in their final projects as they combine scientific and business concepts. Laura has a PhD in organic chemistry from University of Wisconsin-Madison, has authored 20 peer-reviewed publications, and is an inventor on 10 issued US patents.
