Dr. Matthias Koch has served in CFO positions for more than 15 years, building deep expertise across corporate finance, private equity, and start-ups. He has held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Abbott, MEDIAN/Priory, and Genpact, and brings a unique combination of strategic insight and operational experience. Currently, he is serving as CFO/COO of ESMT Berlin. As an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor in healthcare and Artificial Intelligence, Matthias is passionate about supporting companies in translating vision into sustainable growth. He thrives on being actively involved in the creation and development of businesses, working closely with founders and teams to tackle challenges, seize opportunities, and build lasting value. An alumnus of Goethe-University Frankfurt and INSEAD, where he earned his Executive Coaching certificate, Matthias blends a people-focused approach with a strong business foundation, enabling entrepreneurs to grow both their companies and their leadership capabilities.
