Oyvind Fylling-Jensen

For the last 14 years and 6 months, Øyvind has held the position of CEO at Nofima AS – The Norwegian Institute of Food Fisheries and Aquaculture Research (400 employees, and revenues of NOK 707 million). Prior to this, he was CEO of Matforsk – Norwegian Institute of Feed Research (merged into Nofima 2008) and EVP Farming at Fjord Seafood ASA, responisble for their world wide aquaculture activities.

He has held leading positions as VP Sales and Marketing at Alpharma, CEO of Fürst Medical Laboratory and Vice-CEO of Dynal. He currently serves at several Boards as Chairman (Nord University, Institute of Transport Economics, Norwegian Veterinary Institute, DyreID, The Life Science Initiative at University of Oslo and Fredrikstad Animal Hospital). He has previously served at the Board of the Research Council of Norway (RCN)(2011-18),the Portfolio Board of Life Sciences at RCN from 2019-23, as well as a number of other companies.
