Patrick Bedford is an experienced and certified regulatory professional who is focused on facilitating global regenerative medicine developments. He leads an emerging regulatory consulting company that provides regulatory planning, submission, and advisory services.

Patrick previously supported cell and gene therapy start-up teams, led clinical trials and New Drug Submissions for industry, and developed Health Canada policies for biosimilars, transplant material, and cell and gene therapies. While leading these policy initiatives, Patrick also supported product classification and international harmonization initiatives. He remains an active educator and contributor to regulatory policy development in Canada.
