Rebecka Löthman Rydå is General Partner at Norrsken. Rebecka is a seasoned venture capital professional with eight years of experience in the tech industry. She has worked with over twenty tech companies, including Funnel, Occtoo, and TrusTrace, bringing a dynamic and extroverted approach to her work. Known for her high energy and eagerness to help, Rebecka is always ready to leverage her extensive network to add value. A long-distance runner and sci-fi enthusiast, she thrives on meeting new founders and believes in providing support without the need for warm introductions.

Rebecka’s most recent role was as Investment Director at Industrifonden, where she managed nine portfolio companies and invested in high-growth startups such as DbVis, Occtoo, Hopsworks, and TrusTrace. Prior to that, she was an Investment Manager at Zenith Group, a venture capital fund she helped establish, which included portfolio companies like Truecaller, Giosg, and Zound Industries. In addition to her venture capital experience, Rebecka has held operational leadership roles, including CFO and interim CEO at Varenne AB.

Passionate about supporting companies working on transformative technologies, she focuses on areas such as software, blockchain, machine learning, data infrastructure, and companies addressing major global challenges like climate change.
