Richard Tong, is a technology expert, entrepreneur and angel investor. He is Managing Director of Iron Snow Group where he makes angel and fund investments in sectors that are being disrupted by the miracle of technology. He was a Founding Partner at Ignition Capital and a Co-founder at Qiming Weichuang Venture Capital Management in Shanghai. He specialized in investing in early stage technology, mobile and telecommunications. Prior to this, he spent 12 years at Microsoft where he held several key leadership roles including serving as the first Chinese American Corporate Vice President.
