Roger Patterson

Founder, Board Member (ex-CEO), Later

Roger co-founded and led Later.com as CEO from 2014-2023, and now sits on the board of directors. He also co-founded and sits on the board of Launch Academy. Roger is passionate about the power of entrepreneurism and is a strong champion of those willing to take the leap. In addition to founding and growing 5 companies and 1 non-profit over 25 years, including 2 large exits, Roger designed and taught an intensive Entrepreneurship course for post-grads at top Universities across Canada, including Queen’s, Waterloo, UBC, and UofT. He is energized by mentoring founders with passion and the ability to listen and execute upon feedback.

Roger studied Computer Science & Mathematics in his undergrad at UVic, and holds an MBA from Queen’s.
