Sarah Delille

Sarah Delille is an accomplished International Executive and Board Member, passionate about Energy, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability and Innovation, as powerful levers for change and progress.
Sarah spent 16 years at Equinor where she held several VP roles including VP of M&A and Business Development, VP Workplace and Operational Excellence, and most recently, VP US Country Management. Sarah brings 20 years of experience and deep expertise in oil & gas, renewables, and low-carbon solutions, coupled with a strong background in AI, engineering, cybersecurity, and technology strategy.
Sarah’s board tenure includes positions with BiaTech, a private AI and machine-learning company, and the University of Houston Energy division, ensuring academic-industry alignment on advanced energy solutions. She has also co-founded Lotus Tutoring, a non-profit delivering free tutoring to underserved communities.
Sarah holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, a master’s in mechanical engineering and multiple executive certifications, including from Harvard Business School and UC Berkeley in strategic leadership, change management, and innovation. Sarah was selected as one of the Top 25 Most Influencing Women in Energy in 2025 by Hart Energy.
