Dr Vaezzadeh has advised on M&A in a $ $3 B wound care and regenerative medicine company, was a key decision maker in several business development initiatives including acquisition strategy to due diligence and adoption of the new technologies within corporations.

Shabnam serves as a strategic advisor to 3 accelerators in North America, and multiple start-ups with a focus on effective governance, increasing value proposition, and accelerating trajectory of ventures. She is an investor in 2 promising start ups.

Dr Vaezzadeh is the founder of Exquisite Biomedical Consulting (EBC), an award-winning Medical Affairs consulting firm incorporated in the US and Canada. EBC offers custom-tailored Medical Affairs solutions to help navigate the complex landscape of product development, regulatory approval, reimbursement pathways, and market adoption of novel medical products throughout their lifecycle.
